Effective September 21, 2026
This notice explains how Elementum Aerial handles information collected through elementumaerial.com and inquiries about our drone services. For privacy questions, email info@elementumaerial.com or call 281.810.2190.
Information you provide
Our quote form asks for your name, email address, phone number and requested service. You may also provide a project address, timeline and project details. We use this information to respond, prepare a proposed scope or quote, coordinate requested services and maintain related correspondence. Submitting a quote request does not confirm a booking.
Please do not include payment-card information, government identifiers, passwords, access credentials or sensitive facility information in the form. Contact us first to discuss an appropriate way to share information needed for a project.
Website operation and email
The website runs on WordPress with Hostinger hosting. Our contact form uses WPForms, and notification email is sent through WP Mail SMTP using Google’s mail service. These service providers process information needed to operate the site, deliver messages, maintain backups and protect against errors or abuse. Technical records can include IP addresses, browser information, request times and the pages requested.
Quote inquiries are delivered by email. The current WPForms Lite configuration does not provide a local form-entry archive, and its optional external entry-backup feature is not enabled. Copies may remain in business mailboxes and related backups.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics through Site Kit to understand visits, pages viewed and interactions such as form use. Analytics can process browser and device information, referral information, approximate location and cookie identifiers. We measure successful quote submissions as an event; an analytics event is not a booking or a confirmed sale.
Learn more about how Google uses information from sites using its services and Google’s privacy policy. Google and other providers may process information in countries outside your location.
Cookie choices
Use the controls below to change optional cookie preferences. Choices apply to this browser; you may need to set them again if you clear cookies or use another device.
Cookies and your choices
Cookies and similar technologies support site operation, security, saved privacy choices and analytics. You can manage optional cookie choices through the site’s cookie controls. You can also block or remove cookies in your browser; doing so may reset saved choices or affect features. Google offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Declining optional analytics does not prevent you from contacting us or requesting a quote.
Our theme also uses Google Fonts. Font requests can send technical information such as your IP address and browser details to Google. Our cookie controls are provided by Complianz and remember your choices.
Retention and protection
Retention varies by record type, the status of your inquiry or project, applicable recordkeeping requirements, and the retention settings of our hosting and email providers. Contact us with questions about a particular record. We use HTTPS for this website and access controls for administration. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Privacy requests
You can ask us about the information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing info@elementumaerial.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. Include enough information to identify your inquiry, but do not send sensitive identity documents with your initial request. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law; some records may need to be retained for legal, security or ongoing service purposes.
